By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which governs the use of your personal data. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Services Provided
Solvix Digital offers the following services:
- Web Development: Design, build, and maintain websites for clients.
- E-Commerce Web Development: Development of e-commerce platforms, online stores, and integrated payment solutions.
- Graphic Design: Creation of visual content, including logos, branding, and marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Digital advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and related services.
- UI/UX Design: User interface and experience design for websites and mobile applications.
- Video Editing: Editing video content for use on websites, social media, or marketing campaigns.
The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any aspect of the services at any time without notice.

Eligibility and Account Creation
To access and use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and maintain the accuracy of your account details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing and Payment
By engaging in our services, you agree to pay the fees associated with the services requested. Prices are detailed in the service agreements, proposals, or quotes provided by Solvix Digital. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments for services can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the services.
5.2 Deposit and Refunds
A deposit may be required before commencing certain projects. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
5.3 Late Payments
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the Company reserves the right to charge a late fee. In addition, the Company may suspend or terminate services until the outstanding balance is paid.

Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables provided by Solvix Digital, including websites, designs, marketing materials, and video content, shall remain with Solvix Digital until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the intellectual property for the specific deliverables will be transferred to the client.
6.2 Licensing of Tools and Software
The Company may use third-party tools, software, or platforms in the development of projects. Any licenses to these tools remain with their respective owners. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools only in relation to the completed project.
6.3 Client Content
You retain ownership of all content, materials, or data provided to Solvix Digital for the purpose of project development. You grant Solvix Digital a license to use such materials solely for the performance of the services.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes project details, pricing, and business practices. Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvix Digital and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
The Company’s total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solvix Digital, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms, including non-payment. You may also terminate your account by notifying us in writing.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Solvix Digital does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or error-free operation of the Service.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to contact Solvix Digital in an effort to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
